ADJUDICATION PROCESS :

- Submission of the reply to the notice in the prescribed format;

- Advise on the next course of action (Writ or Appeal);
- Submission of the Appeal Memo in the prescribed format (Online and Offline);

- Follow up with the department for obtaining the order.

- Physical Appearance before the Investigating Authority for explanation of the submission;
- Follow up with the department for addressing the observation in the notice, including submission of additional documents, if any;

PROCEEDINGS BEFORE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY / VIGILENCE AUTHORITY – CHECK POST MATTERS
